on Food Network. Thoa defeated Chef/Owner
Jason Hippen of Jay’s on Third
New Jersey for the opportunity to compete against Bobby Flay. She then beat Chef
Flay with her version of Bibimbap, a Korean rice bowl dish. Her signature
Bibimbap dish recipe is here. A busy week for Chef Nguyen, she just also signed
a lease for a third restaurant, Sushi Chinoise, opening later this year, in the
Beardslee Crossing development in
Bothell, WA.

on the Food Network program, Beat Bobby Flay. She defeated another accomplished chef for the
opportunity to compete against Bobby Flay. She beat Bobby Flay with her version
of Bibimbap, a Korean rice bowl dish.
Chef Thoa has just announced she has signed a lease on a new
restaurant to open this year, in the Beardslee
Crossing development in Bothell, WA.
